Glasswing is a design shop in Seattle, that is being built to inspire the community around us. Our project extends to a diverse range of mediums including clothing, furniture, plants and artwork. The in-store experience at Glasswing aims to elicit an emotional connection by engaging all five senses and continually providing new and unexpected experiences. To build community we frequently host events that allow people to connect in small groups and learn by doing. Through our shop of carefully considered objects from designers that we love we hope to inspire people to lead a life of exploration that is filled with creativity and passion.
We are looking for a passionate team member who will provide an excellent customer experience while upholding all visual and operational standards within the store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills along with an intuitive sense of fashion and merchandising.

2+ years of customer service experience, ideally retail in a boutique setting
Sense of initiative with strong leadership capabilities
Ability to achieve results both independently and collaboratively with clear team communication and follow-through skills
Flexibility and the ability to handle change in a positive manner
